Sales and cancellations policy
It is essential to show a copy of the voucher you will get when you finish your reservation at the entrance of the flamenco show on the day of your visit. This voucher is valid as payment receipt.
The cancellation of the reservation, once confirmed, will involve some expenses:
Cancellations more than 72 hours before the time of service, will incur a charge of € 8 for management costs.
Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours in advance, will have a charge of 40% of the service.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or no-show on the day of service, will have a charge of 100% of the service.
Cancellations and modifications of reservations must be requested in writing from your customer area.
As established in article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade, we inform you that our products, given their special nature, are not subject to the Right of withdrawal.
By registering for our visits, you fully accept the General Conditions and the content of what is published on this website, which are your commitment to us and ours to you.
The information contained on this website, such as itineraries, schedules, are true at the time of publication of this website, any alteration or change since its publication, inaccuracy or variation can not be considered as misleading advertising of the organizing company.
In case the organizing company is forced to suspend the contracted service, it will proceed immediately to the return of the amounts charged, offering customers the alternative dates available. No compensation will proceed.
